Pricing & Registration

- $200 / Team Entry Fee
- Due by May 17th via this online registration process
- Horse leasing available at $400 / match
- Leasing fees due in full on the day of the event
- Reservation required, contact Club Manager Heather Souto by May 12th (see link below for the Polo/Equestrian contact form)
- Participants must be registered with the USPA
- If not registered, please register online under Farmington Polo Club
